1.1 Users may purchase tickets for Deep Tech Momentum through an exclusive link provided to them upon invitation.

1.2 Purchased tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred. Validation on-site on the first day of the event is required for tickets to be considered valid.

1.3 By purchasing tickets, you agree to appear in photos and videos taken during the three-day event. By attending our events, you grant us the right to create and use AI-generated, branded adaptations of publicly available profile content for marketing and promotional purposes.

2.1 Ticket prices, excluding VAT, are displayed on our website. Payment method fees and any other applicable charges will be communicated separately.

2.2 All ticket purchases made through our online ticket store or any other ticket purchase platform are final and non-refundable.

3.1 Prior to accessing Deep Tech Momentum, participants must collect their entrance badge following ticket validation. Deep Tech Momentum reserves the right to cancel purchased tickets obtained in violation of terms or fraudulently.

3.2 Users are responsible for safeguarding their badges. Deep Tech Momentum will not replace lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets or badges.

3.3 Participants must prominently display their badge throughout their attendance at Deep Tech Momentum events. Unauthorized badge usage will result in ticket forfeiture and removal from the event.

4 - Cancellation, Postponement, & Substitution Policy

4.1 All fees, including online ticket purchases and conference tickets, are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing between Deep Tech Momentum and the buyer.

4.2 Deep Tech Momentum accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred due to substitution, alteration, cancellation, rescheduling, or postponement of events.

4.3 In unforeseen circumstances affecting Deep Tech Momentum events, such as restrictions or exceptional incidents, Deep Tech Momentum reserves the right to make changes to dates and times.

4.4 Deep Tech Momentum may, at its discretion, transfer tickets to new dates or times or reimburse costs related to event participation upon the participant's request within a specified reasonable time limit.

4.5 Changes to event schedules, including speakers and topics, may occur due to circumstances beyond Deep Tech Momentum's control. Any substitutions or adjustments will be communicated promptly via our channels.

5 - Early-Bird Ticket Terms and Conditions

5.1 Early-Bird Pricing: Early-bird pricing is available for a limited time and is subject to change without notice.The availability of early-bird tickets is limited and may sell out before the specified deadline.Early-bird pricing is only valid for tickets purchased during the early-bird sale period.

5.2 Ticket Eligibility: Early-bird tickets are available to all individuals who register for Deep Tech Momentum during the early-bird sale period. Each early-bird ticket is valid for one individual attendee only and cannot be transferred or resold.

5.3 Payment: Payment for early-bird tickets must be made in full at the time of purchase. Payments are accepted via the designated payment methods on the Deep Tech Momentum conference website.These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of early-bird tickets or the Deep Tech Momentum. By purchasing a Ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service providers who provide IT systems, payment systems , customer management systems, visitor registration systems, event management systems and administration services and who will process your data in accordance with the terms of our data processing agreements with them.

Venue providers, affiliated hotels of events or providers of event services who need to process your personal data in order to fulfil their contracts with you or with Deep Tech Momentum to provide services at our events or to offer you facility services at an event.

Event sponsors so that they can better plan their sponsorship to enhance attendee experience and, where applicable, to provide you with marketing communications or to choose invitees to private briefings, meetings or dinners. These sponsors shall agree to confidentiality restrictions and to use any personal information we share with them solely for this purpose.

Exhibitors when you have interactions during an event (actions such as using a messaging or meeting service, or scanning a QR code, sharing online or physical business cards or having your badge scanned) in order for exhibitors to provide you with marketing communications.

We may also share your data with data brokers in order to enhance the data we hold and to provide our exhibitors with aggregated reports which provide a profile of the attendees at an event (e.g. type of organisation, seniority within an organisation, etc.). These aggregated reports which are shared with our exhibitors will not contain your personal data.

Other attendees of our events for specific purposes related to their presence at those events.

 Editorial media and equity analysts that are attending our events, where you have given appropriate permission for your details to be shared.

To allow participants to interact with each other via the App, web browser or email.

Other delegates on the Website and official App for an event (if applicable) to allow delegates to contact each other and facilitate networking. No email addresses and telephone numbers will be made public through the delegate listing or otherwise. You may opt out of delegate communications through this medium at any time.
